The Go-To Creative Agency is a full-service boutique agency in Los Angeles. I serve highly ambitious clients that want to elevate their brand design aesthetic, sourcing capabilities, content, and digital strategies across the most relevant platforms.
Director of Product Development and Merchandising, Full Collection

Cross-functional team leader managing a team of four and creating the structure for Laurie Felt. As Director, I handle all development according to critical dates throughout the product lifecycle. I successfully manage workflow and workload. Additionally, I work with all factory partners to oversee all production and product execution while cultivating lasting relationships with our factories that lead to new brand opportunities.
Successfully developed and managed the product life cycle that increased total sales at retail from 19 million (2020) to 26 million (2021).
I am consistently working on four quarters at once. We develop 35-45 styles each quarter with an 80% adoption rate. Each style has approximately three to four colours and washes per style.
I have identified and implemented best design, product development, merchandising, and production practices that align with QVC’s goals for brand development.
Benchmark key success metrics for the current product creation process (including target adoption rates, weighted margin goals, and lead times).
Worked as the cross-functional lead with QVC on operation, merchandising, sales, marketing, planning, and finance to provide impactful information and insight to assist in informed decision-making.
Control commercial interactions with manufacturers, from cost quoting through execution stages.
Evaluate sourcing opportunities to optimize quality, delivery, and cost, including recommending appropriate vendors that can archive target cost and quality.
Develop, train, mentor, and coach direct reports to continually strengthen the organization.
